Identify that the uploaded data effectively represents accurate information. For instance, identify that the time registered matches the standard of the region or country where the warehouse operates.

In case of data being erroneously uploaded, Syncware allows end-users to remove data by specific dates or for complete removal of data. Click the Reset Data button at the top right of the Inventory or Orders page. This will allow end-users to remove the erroneous information uploaded.

Once delete, we recommend to manually modify the .csv or .xlsx file and adjust it to the correct or desired format.
